Zorida Jarvis, Transportation Manager
Mrs. Jarvis is responsible for all the operational aspects of the company. She focuses on routing, dispatching and is the main contact for parents and administrators. She ensures on-time performance remains high and clients are receiving quality service. In addition to operational functions, Mrs. Jarvis is responsible for the overall professional development including coaching and training of all staff. Mrs. Jarvis is a certified Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) instructor and has an extensive background in customer service.
Administrative Assistant
The administrative assistant performs a variety of specialized administrative and office support function which includes creating and maintaining specialized reports and recording and filing required paperwork in connection with work processes. The administrative assistant acts as a liason with outside agencies and internal offices and also administers Human Resource functions.
Charmaine Holland, Facilitator
Mrs. Holland supports America's Best Transportation through projects such as the facilitation of Behavior Management Workshops, assisting with the design of Customer Service Workshops and consulting on team building opportunities. Mrs. Holland received her BA from Wright State University in Dayton, OH where she majored in Mass Communications and specialized in Public Relations. She also completed a Management Training Program.
Transportation Specialists (Drivers) and Monitors
All Drivers and Monitors are thoroughly screened and trained in Drug and Alcohol Awareness, CPR/First Aid, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI), Behavior Management and receive Ohio School Van Driver training in compliance with the Ohio Department of Education requirements.
